La Ventana Treatment specializes in treating mood disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, self-harm, addiction, and trauma. La Ventana provides partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient services (IOP) for adult addiction and mental health treatment. La Ventana�s teen intensive outpatient program (IOP) focuses on the unique mental health needs of young adults. Their residential treatment facilities provide many treatment options like women-only treatment, LGBTQIA+ treatment, and co-ed treatment. The La Ventana�s staff works closely with the client to create highly-individualized treatment programs that are unique to the individual. Treatment is evidence-based and holistic and can include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), experiential therapy, process groups, and mindfulness therapy. La Ventana has a unique music therapy program that is created by professional musicians in their state-of-the-art music studio. La Ventana is located in Thousand Oaks, California. The up-scale residential homes are equipped with private and semi private rooms, a gym, a basketball court, and an outdoor pool. La Ventana is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts most private insurance.
