Alsana specializes in treating eating disorders for individuals 18 years and older of all genders. Alsana focuses on helping those suffering from an eating disorder to heal in all aspects of their life using a holistic Adaptive Care Model. The goal of this model is to empower clients with the ability to manage five key aspects of recovery, which are Medical, Relational, Nutritional, Movement and Therapeutic. Alsana offers a variety of programs for recovery to fit the individual needs of the client. Programs offered include 2 week winter intensives, virtual Telehealth programming, residential, day treatment, IOP, PHP, vegan-friendly programming, LGBTQ+ affirming, and alumni and family programming. Therapies Alsana offers includes CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Medical Nutrition Therapy, Art Therapy, Expressive Therapies, and Internal Family Systems. Alsana offers 3 scenic locations in California. Westlake Village in Los Angeles, offers a serene and relaxing environment, ideal for healing. Clients can enjoy activities such as, cooking classes, gardening, fishing, games, and horseback riding. Alsana has an admissions department that helps clients discuss insurance benefits to see if coverage is available.
